KARACHI: On Wednesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 39741.49 with a negative change of -45.44 and volume of 44,042,440 shares.
High and Low were 39833.66 and 39683.77 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 119,406,070shares with 306 total traded companies out of which 150 were up, 139 were down and 17 were unchanged.
CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 24,405,600 shares. It was followed by CHEMICAL with a total traded volume of 15,151,900 shares.
The three top traded companies were Dewan Cement with a volume of 14,504,500 and price per share of 17.35 (0.41), Agritech Limited. with a volume 9,569,000 of price per share of 13.92 (0.73), Pakcem Ltd with a volume 6,674,500 of price per share of 21.50 (0.44).
The top three advancers were Atlas Battery with price per share 661.00 (17.13), Feroze 1888 with price per share of 312.19 (14.86) and Pak Engineering. share of 250.89 (11.94).
The top three decliners were Pak Tobacco with price per share of 1100.15 (-55.85), Island Textile. with price per share of 855.00 (-45.00) and Indus Motor Co per share of 1161.05 (-14.66).
